Site visits and preventative maintenance are scheduled through our sage CRM system, so that visits are pre-scheduled and regular.

We are so confident that our scheduled system will pick up any risks to our clients’ business, that we don’t even charge for callouts!

ElectriQL directly employs a high number of engineers who live “on patch”, so that the engineer who visits each of our clients is local.  This not only reduces our carbon footprint but also the time that clients spend waiting for any problem to be resolved.  As we are able to order parts from local suppliers, we are also supporting local businesses throughout the UK.
